Original Victorian, oil burning Police lamp. Made from iron this one has a sleeve cut out to allow the lamp to be used, or if turned within the body of the lamp, it will blank out the light by closing the inner window to the lens. The bulls eye lens is in good condition and over 1'' thick at the centre. The reservoir is unfortunately missing. At the back of the lamp there are two folding handles and the fixed belt holder. 8 1/2'' tall. |
