How to Order

All orders are to be paid for in full and cleared before dispatch. All goods remain the property of policelot until fully paid for. If you are a
UK Government department or educational establishment, we can set up an
account, please Email for more details.

The simplest method to place an order with us is to Email your order to us. Simply list the items you require and we will do the rest, don't forget to add your name and full address including your post code, a phone number is often helpful as well. If you are unsure about the total amount due please email us. We are always free to help. Please do not email Credit Card details.

Email your list of requirements to orders@policelot.com including your name and delivery address, and we will work out
any discounts you may be entitled to and the full amount payable including postage. All our orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard. Orders may be requested to be sent by Special Delivery at an extra charge. We will then send you conformation of your order by return email including full details of payment methods. The sending of an email to orders@policelot.com is your contract between you and policelot.com and is legally binding it also is conformation that you have agreed and understood our terms and conditions of sale.

We accept payment in £ Sterling by: £'s Cash (Special delivery or Courier only) UK Postal Orders, Personal Cheque's drawn on a UK Bank, All cheque's accepted only by prior arrangement only. (If paying by cheque, cheque's must be received and cleared before dispatch, this
normally takes 7 working days) please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

UK Postage & Packing.
All UK mainland orders are sent either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery with a basic minimum charge of £5.50 for very small light packages (typically under half a kilo), £12 under 5 kilos packed, and £17 for cartons up to 10 kilos. All orders now over £400 nett sent to UK mainland addresses will be sent free of charge. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Orders sent to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Eire, Scottish Offshore Islands and the rest of Europe are shipped at cost - we will advise before shipping.

If you are outside Europe and want to buy from us.
We ship worldwide please email your requirements and we'll gladly advise you before you send payment.

Terms and Conditions of Business.
We operate on a strict payment with order basis. No COD.

Damaged goods:
If you receive your order and it is has been damaged in transit (excluding special offers or marked damaged goods were you have agreed to purchase damaged or faulty goods) you should firstly make the delivery person aware of this before signing for the goods, you should then email us immediately with details of the damage. We will then arrange for an exchange, refund or credit. Just email us requesting a returns authorization number and upon confirmation send it back. It must be with it's original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse late claims after 30 days after the postage date of delivered items.

None Faulty Returns:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on goods that are not faulty or damaged, this includes goods bought in error or goods that do not fit the circumstances purchased for. Under very extreme situations and at the discretion of the sales manager we may offer a refund minus an administrative handling charge and postage costs.

Goods cannot be released until paid for in full. Photocopies or faxes of cheque's are not accepted as cleared funds. We reserve the right to wait for cheque clearance before dispatch. All goods offered subject to availability. Whilst we make every effort to ensure adequate stock levels are kept at all times we suggest allowing a minimum of 7working days to process and dispatch your order after funds have cleared.

Postage.
All our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery unless otherwise requested, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
